Our 25-acre farm has 15-acres of fenced-in fields of open space for your dog to safely roam and play. 

We maintain and mow walkways and paths through the hay fields. We also routinely harvest the hay.

The 3000-square foot, 2-Level, 4-BR farmhouse presents many options for your dog to rest and sleep wherever they are most comfortable.

The 4-car garage outbuilding will be converted into a climate-controlled Dog Den and indoor play area.

‘Hydration Stations’ of stainless steel water bowls are rinsed and washed after EVERY time one dog drinks from it — to avoid cross-contamination. EVERY time. EVERY single time.

Central AC is augmented with oscillating fans and dehumidifiers for the hot and humid summer months. Air filtration filters are changed and/or washed on a regular basis.

Central heat and supplemental heaters keep the house toasty warm in the autumn, winter and early spring months. 

A large composite deck [no splinters] with umbrellas provide shade.

The yard is meticulously landscaped and the lawn and nearby fields and walking paths are mowed weekly in order to diminish ticks.
